Orders placed to restricted areas may be canceled and refunded.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Verra Supply is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.
